Shipping & Delivery

Standard UK delivery is 3 to 5 working days from confirmed order. Every unit is engineer-tested and verified before dispatch, and that verification is included in the standard window.

Urgent and scheduled deliveries can be arranged with our procurement team at the point of ordering. Tracked, insured courier services are used for all hardware shipments.

International delivery of medical hardware is available on request. Lead times and shipping costs depend on the destination, equipment type, and any local import requirements for medical devices.

Include your delivery location in your inquiry or RFQ and we will quote the shipping cost and lead time alongside your equipment pricing.

Orders of 50 or more units are confirmed through the RFQ process, and the agreed lead time is stated in your official quote. Volume orders are dispatched in full unless a staged delivery schedule is agreed with your team.

All equipment is packaged for clinical transport and shipped with full tracking. On arrival, please inspect your delivery promptly and report any issues to our support team with your order reference so we can resolve them quickly.
