Terms of Service
The legal agreement governing institutional procurement through Luxa Health Ltd, including bulk order obligations.
1. Agreement and scope
These terms form the agreement between Luxa Health Ltd (Company No. 12141533, registered in England & Wales) and any organization purchasing medical equipment through this platform. By placing an order or accepting a quote, you confirm acceptance of these terms on behalf of your organization.
Luxa Health supplies exclusively to healthcare institutions and registered businesses. Orders from private individuals are not accepted, and we reserve the right to verify the institutional status of any buyer before fulfillment.
2. Orders and acceptance
Standard store purchases are offers to purchase that we accept on dispatch. For bulk procurement of 50 or more units, the official quotation issued through our RFQ process forms the binding agreement once accepted by you in writing.
We may decline or cancel an order where equipment is unavailable, institutional verification cannot be completed, or an error in listing or pricing is identified prior to dispatch. In such cases any payment taken is refunded in full.
3. Pricing and VAT
All product listings display dual VAT pricing: the unit price excluding UK VAT and the full VAT-inclusive figure. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of checkout or stated in your official quote.
4. Payment
Store purchases are paid securely by card at checkout through our PCI-compliant payment provider. Bulk orders confirmed via RFQ are invoiced on the terms agreed at quote stage. Title in the equipment passes to the buyer on receipt of full payment and dispatch.
5. Bulk order obligations
For RFQ-confirmed orders of 50 or more units, your organization is responsible for the quantities stated in the accepted quote. Staged deliveries, revised lead times, and cancellation rights, where agreed, are stated in the official quotation; otherwise bulk order cancellations after dispatch preparation may be subject to reasonable costs.
6. Delivery and risk
Delivery terms and lead times follow our Shipping Policy. Risk in the equipment passes to the buyer on delivery to the agreed address. Shortages or damage must be reported promptly on arrival with your order reference.
7. Equipment verification and liability
Every unit is engineer-tested before dispatch. Our liability for equipment is limited to the purchase price paid, except where liability cannot be limited by law. Buyers are responsible for the clinical deployment and ongoing suitability of equipment within their own facilities.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
